Tinbeerwah is a mere 15-minute drive to the world-renowned Noosa beaches and famous Hastings St for shopping and fabulous restaurants.

The name Tinbeerwah is thought to be derived from an aboriginal name meaning place of grass tree or high hill climbing up. Mount Tinbeerwah also has a nearby driving track that takes you to almost the top and has an easy stroll out to the lookout.

Tinbeerwah is an ever-growing rural residential area, very popular with ‘tree changers’ and has the added appeal of being so close to Noosa and its surroundings. It also backs onto beautiful Lake Macdonald with its botanical gardens. The botanical gardens are only a short drive and cover over 20 acres of land.
