Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Lifestyle Realty Group PTY LTD AFT The Hinternoosa Trust trading as Hinternoosa.
Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who own, or are authorised to act in relation to, a property located within Hinternoosa's service area.
Promotional Period

To be eligible, entrants must complete a qualifying action by 29 November. The winner will be drawn on 30 November.
How to Enter

To enter the draw, entrants must book and complete an in-person appraisal with Hinternoosa during the promotional period. Appraisals may relate to either:
- the sale of a property, or
- the management of a property.
Entry Allocation
- Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each completed in-person appraisal.
- Entrants will receive five (5) entries if, following the appraisal, the property is exclusively listed with Hinternoosa for sale or for property management during the promotional period.
- Exclusive listings must be formally signed and accepted by Hinternoosa to qualify for the additional entries.
Entry Limits

Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter, each property may only qualify once under each entry category. The Promoter reserves the right to verify and refuse duplicate, incomplete, or non-genuine entries.
Prize

The prize is 2 Hot Laps, supplied by Murphy Racing Team.
Prize Timing and Location

The prize is intended to take place in December at Queensland Raceway, Queensland, subject to the availability, scheduling, and terms of the prize provider.
Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and must be taken in accordance with the terms and conditions, availability, safety requirements, and participation rules of Murphy Racing Team and/or the venue operator.
Travel and Associated Costs

Any costs associated with claiming or using the prize, including but not limited to travel to and from Queensland Raceway, accommodation, meals, insurance, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and any guest.
Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random on 30 November from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking or listing. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including proof of identity, ownership, authority to act, appraisal completion, and exclusive listing status.
Invalid Entries

Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or non-genuine entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's sole discretion.
Exclusions

The Promoter may, at its discretion, exclude employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Hinternoosa from entering the promotion.
Cancellation or Amendment

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the promotion or use of the prize.
Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting entrants, and otherwise handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy obligations and usual business practices.
Acceptance

By entering this promotion, entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
