Five finalist places. One shared commitment.
Hinternoosa recognised across five categories in the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence
NOOSA HINTERLAND, Queensland: Hinternoosa has been named a finalist in five categories of the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence, with recognition spanning residential sales, property management, agency support and contribution to the community.
The finalists are:
- Heather Fleming - Agency Support Person of the Year
- Dannielle Preston - Business Development Manager of the Year
- Ruth Venning - Rising Star Salesperson of the Year
- Hinternoosa - Large Residential Agency of the Year
- Hinternoosa - Contribution to the Community Award
Hinternoosa Principal and Director Sirah Robb said the five finalist places reflected a commitment shared across the team.
“Heather, Dannielle and Ruth do very different work, and each brings genuine care to the people who rely on them. It is wonderful to see their individual contributions recognised,” Sirah said.
“The two agency finalist places belong to our whole team. They reflect the work people do every day to support our clients, support one another and contribute to the community we call home.”
The individual nominations tell distinct stories. Heather’s work helps clients and agents navigate the detail involved in bringing properties to market. Dannielle builds lasting relationships with property owners and has helped grow Hinternoosa’s property management business. Ruth has developed her sales career through local knowledge, collaboration and close connections within the Verrierdale community.
The Contribution to the Community finalist place is especially meaningful for an agency with longstanding ties to the Noosa Hinterland. Hinternoosa supports local initiatives including Cooroy Sconetime, Noosa Open Studios and Noosa Ultra Trail, alongside other community organisations and events.
“Recognition like this gives us a chance to thank the people behind the work: our team, the clients who place their trust in us and the community groups who welcome our involvement,” Sirah said.Established in 1989, Hinternoosa has offices in Cooroy and Doonan. Its team works across residential sales and property management throughout the Noosa Hinterland and surrounding areas.
Winners will be announced at the REIQ Awards for Excellence Gala on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at The Star Brisbane.
