With restrictions being eased and “the road back” now mapped out, people are asking when will things be returning to normal. We would like to think we are creating a new and improved normal and anticipate that on the other side of this, our pre Covid-19 service will be enhanced by keeping many of these additions in our toolkit. By operating differently and using the latest technology, we’re providing a cutting-edge service for our clients, whilst also helping buyers to find and secure their dream home with greater ease and confidence.
Many are asking what has happened to enquiry levels and prices over the past month. Online property searches have gone through the roof for sales and rental properties. Agents and Property Managers are as busy as ever facilitating safe inspections with genuine, qualified buyers and tenants. Sales prices are holding steady off the back of this continued interest in the Noosa Hinterland market.
And now for some predictions - not really ‘crystal ball’ stuff - simply common sense based on what is actually happening. We anticipate ‘sun-belt’ migration from the bigger cities that we are seeing now will continue due to our desirable location and a renewed appreciation for fresh air, large spaces and a sustainable lifestyle that this isolation period has highlighted. There are still plenty of financially strong, serious buyers in this market and low interest rate loans have never been so attractive. So with the Noosa Hinterland market increasing in demand and qualified buyers in the market place, we anticipate a busy winter sales period and look forward to Spring, when hopefully Covid-19 is behind us and the market historically picks up even further.
